About Liz Gottainer
Liz brings over 20 years of experience as a real estate agent. She has been a part of the Aaron Kirman Group, the #1 team in Los Angeles by sales, since 2018.
Liz began her career working for her family’s business selling and leasing commercial real estate in Chicago. After purchasing her first home, she decided to move into residential sales working for developers building new constructions condominiums and luxury lofts.
Liz moved to Los Angeles in 2003 to become the Director of Sales and Marketing for two of the most acclaimed residential loft developments in the downtown LA Arts District: Toy Factory Lofts and The Biscuit Company Lofts. She successfully marketed and sold 250 units with $100 million in sales. These projects changed the landscape of the neighborhood and set the tone for future downtown residential development. The experience working with developers, investors, and first-time homebuyers gave her a unique perspective and skillset that she now brings to her residential clients.
She now focuses on the luxury home market, and has represented buyers and sellers in high-end neighborhoods from the Westside to the Valley, including Bel Air, Beverly Hills, Hancock Park, Hollywood Hills, Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica, Studio City, Sherman Oaks and Encino. Liz also developed and sold her own custom homes in Santa Monica, Hollywood, and Hancock Park. Liz is respected by her clients and colleagues for her hard work, dedication and attention to detail. She works with many repeat clients and former client referrals, which she considers to be the highest form of compliment. Liz thrives on the personal connections and creativity that goes with buying or selling one’s own home.
Liz is also committed to giving back to the community. She is a member of the Cedars-Sinai Board of Governors, where she serves on the Executive Cabinet. She chaired the Board of Governor’s 50th anniversary celebration in 2022 and has co-chaired the annual Rock for Research summer concerts. She currently resides in Sherman Oaks with her husband and two teenage children.
